Now you may be wondering why should I listen to you? Who are you and what
do you know about fitness?Good question!
My name is Hussain and I have been actively going to the gym for nearly 2 years
now. Compared to many professionals, I’m a newbie, however my passion for
fitness has motivated me to spend countless hours researching and
understanding various facets of bodybuilding, weight loss and dieting.
Using the research I have come across, I have made natural and successful
progression in the two years I have been working out.
I went from a frail 5’10, 125 lb figure to a more lean and muscular 5’10 163 lbs
body type.
I hope my advice and experiences can help you to reach the physical goals you
want to achieve! If you have any questions, topics you would like me to cover or

Before ending off, I would like to share this exact quote that I read two years ago
which led me to begin working out, and even re-read from time to time when I feel like my goals are too far for me:
"It will hurt, it will take time, it will require dedication, it will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max and then some. There will be temptation. There will be failures. But I swear to you, when you reach your goal, you will know it was all worth it"
